First of all, thanks for the birthday post, Vee. That was one of the coolest things I’ve received today 
Maybe it doesn’t make any sense that I’m posting this, but someone out there has to agree with me. Twitter. It drives me insane. It’s ridiculous. If you look it up on Google, the first link that pops up says, “Twitter. What Are You Doing?”. Who the fuck cares what you’re doing? Are you that lame that all you do is post what you’re “doing” every 2 seconds? Again, no one gives. So why do it? My problem isn’t really with social networks, it’s how people use them. So much so that sites like fucking Twitter are created. I swear, people act super cool on these sites or while they’re textingand whatnot, and then you meet them and it’s like… what the hell happened to your “personality”? Nothing. It just wasn’t ever there. Because people let their personalities get sucked up by social networking and all that jazz. Twitter is the most ridiculous site to date. How about acting like we did in the old days, when profiles and shiny comment images didn’t portray who we were? I remember when people could stand by themselves confidently, without having to whip out their phone and pretend they were texting to feel accompanied. Now, I see people WITH OTHER PEOPLE doing that. Like they can’t communicate or deal with a little bit of awkward silence. It’s bullshit. If in 20 years everyone isn’t anti-social or a serial murderer, I’ll be shocked. That was my rant. I agree, I think social networks has replaced hs. Popularity has taken a new stage with social networks and its more power to them but uhm who really knows who they’re talking to online anymore. PS social networks sucks, only good for one thing keeping up with friends!!!
